(13 marzo 2018) Barberini's debut album, will be released on March 30th. The album is also called "Barberini", the pseudonym of the Roman singer-songwriter, Barbara Bigi. The album was anticipated by the single "Le Cabriolet". All 9 tracks are by Barberini (Giuseppe Ammirati is the co-authoer of "Le Balene"), as well as all the photographs in the album. Barbara Bigi has divided her time between Rome, Paris, and Hamburg since 2007 where she studies, works, and has developed her interest in photography. In 2015 she returns to Rome permanently and begins to take piano, guitar, and singinng lessons with the intention of writing songs. She began to compose in English and then moved onto Italian after meeting friend and fellow musician, Marco Catani (Carpacho!), who has supported and guided her since her first steps in music. Her debut album, produced and arranged by Filippo Dr Panico for Frivola Records, under the pseudonym Barberini is released three years later.
