Nov. 28 - "Violetta" is the phenomenon of the moment: young people love her, and their parents have already learned all about her. The Argentine hit TV series, produced by Disney, is taking over the world. The show stars Violetta Castillo, played by Martina Stoessel, and dubbed in Italian by Emanuela Ionica: the Argentinian teenager has a great passion for music, dancing and singing. The series is hugely successful in Latin America, Spain, France and Israel where it registered record ratings. And a "piece" of Italy is part of the cast: Lodovica Comello. Comello - singer, dancer and actress, 23, is from San Daniele del Friuli, a town in the province of Udine; she is the only Italian to be part of the Disney show. "Violetta" is one of the most viewed series in the history of Disney, and sees Lodovica play the role of Francesca, Violetta’s best friend. But the Italian singer is now ready for her international solo debut: after reaching global fame thanks to the TV series and the 77 tour sold out dates in Argentina, Comello is back in Italy to present her first album. "Universe" is produced by Mas and distributed by Sony Music; it was released a few days ago after the radio release of the homonymous single. The album contains pieces in Spanish, English and a piano-voice version of "Universe." The songs are fresh and engaging, swiftly moving from ballads to more rhythmic sound . "Universe" was released in Italy, Argentina and Spain. In 2014 the young Italian artist will perform in her first tour, and her fan-base is definitely ready.

Lodovica Comello was born April 13, 1990 in San Daniele del Friuli in Italy. A singer, dancer and actress, she devoted herself from a young age to her passion, music, studying singing, dancing and guitar. In 2009, she began studying at Mas Milan attending the "Music Academy." Between 2009 and 2011, she joins the cast of "Il Mondo di Patty" with Laura Esquivel and "Antonella in concerto" with Brenda Asnicar. Her life changed in spring 2011, when she auditioned for Disney’s Violetta.
