The conference held by Guido Zaccagnini titled "Rossini: the Master of musical humor" will be held on September 24th at 19:00 at the Italian Institute of Culture Berlin. If his theatrical catalog includes more serious or dramatic titles, it is equally unassailable that Gioachino Rossini is generally considered to be the greatest author of comic operas, farces or playful dramas. On the 150th anniversary of his death, Gioachino Rossini is presented in the light of his fantastical humorous skills, which he exercised throughout his life: in theatre, at work, and in the kitchen.
