(10 September 2018) As part of the celebrations for the  European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018, the Italian Institute of Culture Santiago de Chile, in agreement with The International Committee for the Conservation of Industrial Heritage of Chile (TICCIH Chile) , promotes the exhibition on industrial heritage in Italy titled "Rediscovering Factories: Industrial heritage and Architectural Projection in Italy". The intent of the exhibition is to teach visitors the best examples of recovery of industrial heritage in Italy over the past 25 years. The exhibition - hosted at the headquarters of the Italian Institute of Culture in Santiago - was curated by Massimo Preite (The International Committee for the Conservation of Industrial Heritage, TICCIH) with Gabriella Maciocco (Italian Association for Industrial Archaeological Heritage, AIPAI) and Luca Gibello (Il Giornale dell'Architettura) and will be open from Friday September 14th until Thursday December 27th.
