During the conference, Giacomini highlights the collaboration and affinities between the world of cinema and that of fashion, through the stories of those who live and work with the stars and international directors backstage: from costume designers (many of them Oscar Award-winners) to make-up artists, and hairstylists. Giacomini is the author of the award-winning book 'Il successo vien con l'abito' translated into English (Dress Makes Success), 'Alla Scoperta del Set' (Discovering the Set), Rai Eri editions, and 'Moda e Mass Media' (Fashion and Mass Media) Pioda editions.
