(23 October 2018) The Italian director and screenwriter Paolo Genovese will be in St. Petersburg for the 7th International Cultural Forum where his films of world successful films will be screened. But not only that, guests of the Forum will be able to preview the fragments of the Russian remake of "Perfect Strangers" filmed by "Kvartet I" which will be released in 2019. On November 15th at the "Rodina" cinema at 19:00 "The Place" - Genovese's latest hit, followed by a public debate. Moderating the event will be the film critic Franco Montini, President of the Italian National Film Critics Union. On November 16th at 16:00 in the Manege Central Exhibition Hall there will be a conference held by Franco Montini and Paolo Genovese titled "Italian cinema of the third millennium". Finally, on November 17th at 13:00, Paolo Genovese will be in conversation with the "Kvartet I" group at the Angleterre Cinema Lounge. During the evening, spectators will be able to watch the film "Perfect Strangers" and excerpts from the Russian remake filmed by "Kvartet I" titled "Gromkaja Svjaz '" which will be released in Russian theatres on February 21st, 2019.
