Adelaide. The second Conference of Italian teachers in South Australia took place in recent days. Thanks to the collaboration between the Italian Consulate of South Australia, the Italian Embassy in Canberra, the local Comites, the SAATI, the Dante Alighieri Society, and UniSA, more than 80 Italian primary and secondary school teachers from both public and private catholic schools, as well as University Professors participated in a conference on "Strengthening Italian language learning and teaching, K-12". Among the many speakers were Prof. Monica Barni from the University for Foreigners of Siena, Prof. Joseph Lo Bianco from the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, Prof. Anna Rita Tamponi from the Italian Embassy and Susan Cameron, Executive Director of DECD.
