(18 june 2018) A degree award on human rights in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Forum Association, was given by the University of Florence on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the South African statesman and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize 1993. The initiative is aimed at those who have achieved a master's degree, single-cycle master's, a specialist and single-cycle specialist degree (old system) in the period between November 1st, 2016 and July 31st, 2018. The deadline for participation is set for August 6th. The winner will receive a trip to Johannesburg offered by the Nelson Mandela Forum with a visit to the Mandela Foundation.
