The Italian Embassy in Madrid announced the beginning of the second edition of the "Prepara tu futuro. Jóvenes talentos de la cocina italiana" (Prepare Your Future. Young Talent in Italian Cuisine) competition. The competition will select the most promising chefs in Spain who wish to specialise in Italian cuisine. The winners will have access to the "Italian Culinary Program-Unit 2" course of ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine, followed by a period of training in prestigious Italian restaurants. The competition was organised by the Italian Embassy in Spain with the collaboration of the Italian National Tourist Board (ENIT) and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain (CCIS).
