"Secret words and crosswords" is the title of the conference that Stefano Bartezzaghi - journalist, writer and crossword writer - will hold on 31 January at 18.30 at the Italian Institute of Culture in Tel Aviv. From the terrible enigmas of mythology to the most innocuous crosswords of modernity, language has never been used only to communicate. It has also always been a playground, and one can say this about the Italian language in particular, which has particularly lent itself to combining letters, syllables, and words in every possible way.
