The promotional activity of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for West Coast USA for the benefit of authentic Italian food and wine production as part of the "True Italian Taste" campaign, the project promoted and funded by the Ministry of Economic Development, in collaboration with Assocamerestero, continues with "Seeds of Disruption". The project will take place on February 28th at Savor Italy, the Food Beverage road show organised in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Texas, hosted by the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. As part of the event, "Seeds of Disruption" creates a visibility and discovery platform for the benefit of innovative startups that stand out in their approach to the future of food. An exceptional partner, the Future Food Institute, was founded in 2014 in Bologna.
