Skiing: the italian team competing <br> this weekend in Kranjska Gora

After the European Cup giant slalom in Hinterstoder, the Italian formation for the World Cup giant slalom of Kranjska Gora has been coordinated, for tomorrow, Saturday 9 March (first round at 9.30, second at 12.30). The Italian team will be composed of: Luca De Aliprandini, Manfred Moelgg, Andrea Ballerin, Simon Maurberger, Giovanni Borsotti, Giulio Bosca, Hannes Zingerle, and Daniele Sorio. For the slalom on Sunday (first round at 9.30, second round at 12.30): Stefano Gross, Manfred Moelgg, Giuliano Razzoli, Simon Maurberger, Alex Vinatzer, Fabian Bacher, Hannes Zingerle, and Giordano Ronci. In Kranjska the conditions are certainly not optimal: very strong rain is expected to come down on Podkoren, which has already been abundantly salted. The giant slalom slope has been closed to preserve the slope already reduced to the bone and with a temperature of 9 ° that continues to eat at the snow. This weekend the weather is at its best and it would be enough to have a little sunshine so the salt can do its work and allow the athletes to compete in acceptable conditions.
