SACE has announced its membership in the United Nations Global Compact, a global initiative aimed at encouraging businesses worldwide to create an economic, social, and environmental framework for a sustainable global economy. By joining, SACE commits to respecting and promoting the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, which relate to human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption, and to integrating them into its strategy, culture, and operations.

Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact seeks to mobilize companies to align their strategies and operations with the Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and to promote actions to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. With this membership, SACE joins over 20,000 companies and 2,500 non-commercial signatories based in 167 countries and 62 local networks. (9colonne)
