Yamoussoukro - Sace, under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and with the support of the Mission Structure for the implementation of the Mattei Plan from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, along with institutional partners such as the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), CDP, Simest, Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo, and the Mozambique-Italy Chamber of Commerce, has launched the Africa Champion Program.
This training initiative is designed for Italian companies seeking to acquire the skills needed to operate in the regions included in the Mattei Plan, aimed at fostering commercial relationships and promoting Italian excellence.
The training program is set to officially begin in 2025. The Africa Champion Program consists of two main phases:
Training Path: Divided into three modules, it includes in-depth studies focusing on Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Morocco, Mozambique, Tunisia, and Kenya, as well as three key sectors: energy, infrastructure, and agri-food.
Business Matching: The second phase focuses on creating commercial opportunities through business matching sessions between Italian companies and African counterparts, also within the framework of Sace’s Push Strategy program.
