CasaSalvo NYC, the innovative brand created by Chef Salvo Lo Castro, is redefining the concept of the Italian coffee shop and market overseas. Since opening its first location on Amsterdam Avenue in New York on May 13, the brand has experienced rapid and structured growth, with the launch of three new locations in the heart of the Big Apple: 1491 Second Avenue (Upper East Side), 470 Ninth Avenue, and 1675 Broadway (Times Square).
In less than a year, CasaSalvo NYC has reached a revenue of $2 million, recording a monthly growth rate of 8-12%. The expansion plan includes six new openings in New York by 2025, with the goal of reaching a total revenue of $10 million next year.
Building on its success, CasaSalvo NYC is now ready to expand to Florida, with two new locations set to open in Miami—a city with great potential for high-quality Italian cuisine.
A true success story in the U.S., the brand is thriving in New York and preparing for national and international expansion.
“CasaSalvo NYC is much more than a coffee shop,” explains Chef Salvo Lo Castro. “I have created a modern and scalable concept that redefines the way people experience and enjoy Made in Italy,” says Lo Castro. “Our mission is to highlight the quality and authenticity of our products, allowing people to relive the dream of our culinary culture. My goal is to offer an experience that combines tradition and innovation, capable of winning over even a highly competitive market like the United States.”
