Jan. 3 - Recently inaugurated in Tokyo, in the shopping district of Jiyugaoka, the new Bianchi Café & Cycles is s a mix between bicycle shop and an Italian coffee store. The shop is spread over two floors, and it is the second international "Bianchi Café & Cycles" to open, after the one in Stockholm (Sweden), which was inaugurated in 2010.
The coffee place becomes the 5th official meeting place for Bianchi fans in Tokyo, after Bianchi Concept Store (opened in 2009), the Bianchi Omotesando Hills (2010), the Bianchi Community Aoyama (2011) and Bianchi Maronouchi (2012). The interior design is simple and modern, in black and white, elegantly combined with blue inserts. A complete range of Bianchi products, including the new exclusive road model Oltre XR, is exposed in an elevated area, near the entrance and in other parts of the café. The coffee area is located on the top floor, where visitors can enjoy a real espresso and taste typical Italian dishes such as pasta, sandwiches and desserts in a large room with 38 seats. The blue milkshake with avocado is the distinctive drink of Bianchi Café & Cycles.
