Geneva – Bialetti, the iconic brand of Italian coffee tradition, will take part in the World of Coffee fair at Palexpo Geneva from June 26 to 28, introducing Pump My Moka—a patented technology created by Simone Previati and Stefano Ceverini.
Pump My Moka features an external pump connected to the classic Moka Express via a quick-release valve, enabling independent pressure control regardless of temperature. This gives users total control over the extraction process, offering an unprecedented tasting experience. A thermographic strip helps monitor water temperature, making every brew a personalized, artisanal moment.
With this innovation, coffee lovers can tailor each extraction to match their preferences, unlocking unique aromatic profiles and offering boundless creative possibilities, even for the most discerning palates.
At booth 2171, Bialetti will host a series of special talks, including:
“Coffee Mixology” – blending traditional coffee culture with cocktail artistry;
“From Moka Express to Pump My Moka” – a journey through the evolution of the moka;
“From Bean to Cup” – an in-depth look at the coffee supply chain and sustainability;
“Crafting the Perfect Aroma” – a session on sensory profiling and custom extraction.
“Our mission is to preserve the Italian coffee tradition while enhancing it with innovative technology,” says Marzio Buttarelli, Chief Business and Development Officer at Bialetti. “This collaboration with Pump My Moka marks a significant step forward, merging our rich history with a future full of new possibilities.”
