Good Italian coffee set to conquer the Far East

May 8 - The Gima Café staff will take part in two Asian fairs related to the food business: Sial China, that kicked off in Shanghai on Monday and will end tomorrow; and Seoul Food & Hotel, scheduled for May 14-17. These events constitute important opportunities to promote the Italian brand. Over the last thirty years, the Roman Gima roasting has been able to significantly expand its business. A small local business at first, today it is proposed as a point of reference in the world for lovers of Italian espresso. The proof of this success is the sales increase and the continued success at European fairs and international "Food and beverage" events (including Sial Paris 2012 and the Fancy Food Show 2012 in Washington). Already present on the U.S., Canadian and Russian markets, the company is preparing to offer its products in China and other countries in the Far East. During the two trade fairs in Asia, Gima representatives had and will have the opportunity to present the different lines of coffee, illustrating their quality and distinctive features. Guests will also the chance to try the taste of an authentic espresso made in Italy.

GIMA’S PROPOSALS
The range of Gima’s proposals is suitable for many different sectors, including: "professional" targeted via Gima’s Black Pearl, Extrabar brown, Extrabar red and Cafe del Sol (offered in grains); "vending", embodied by the well known classic espresso and decaffeinated pods; and the "retail market,” mainly tackled with Gold Selection ground coffee, and Night & Dec, dedicated to good decaffeinated coffee. To make the blends as delicious as possible, Gima skillfully selects raw materials from major producing countries (South America and India) and combines it with Italian artisan craftsmanship. Thanks to the professionalism demonstrated in the development of the mixtures in the production and packaging of coffee, roasting coffee Gima can boast of the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001/2008.
