Exhibitions, italian abstractism <br> with Achille Perilli

Tomorrow is the inauguration at the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg of the retrospective dedicated to a great protagonist of the renewal of European arts since the first post-war period: Achille Perilli. The exhibition itinerary is divided into sections aimed at investigating the long artistic career of Perilli, theoretician of the Irrational Geometry. Achille Perilli was born in Rome in 1927. He draws and paints by attending, together with Piero Dorazio, the studio of the painter Aldo Bandinelli. He enrolled in the Faculty of Letters; in the following years he will be a pupil of Lionello Venturi, with whom he prepares his thesis on the metaphysical painting of Giorgio De Chirico; he also attended the lessons of contemporary literature by Giuseppe Ungaretti. The exhibition will be open until Sunday February 3rd, 2019. (9colonne)
