The Municipality of Gubbio and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation have reached their objective of inaugurating the headquarters of the center for training and security in the construction sector in Ramallah at the end of the first year of activity. The project "Integrated Poles for Training and Professional and Entrepreneurial Qualification in Construction in Palestine and Jordan" was financed by AICS in the framework of the call for bids for Territorial Entities 2017 and supported by the Municipality of Gubbio and the University of Masons and Stonecutters, that in the Umbrian city for centuries preserves the ancient tradition of stone processing. The first course for future Palestinian instructors has already been launched at the new site: 14 entrepreneurs, young engineers who have already participated in a course held at the CESF school last year, will participate with 10 others students in lectures and tutorials for two weeks, coordinated by four experts arrived in Ramallah from the CESF of Perugia.
