Berlin – Legal scholar Lorin Decarli, who teaches at Humboldt University’s Faculty of Law and at the SRH University of Applied Sciences, will hold a public talk on November 12 at 6:30 p.m. in Berlin, focusing on Article 11 of the Italian Constitution. The discussion will explore the meaning of Italy’s renunciation of war as a means of resolving international disputes and its relevance in light of today’s global conflicts and Italy’s role within the international community. The event will take place at the headquarters of the Comites of Berlin.
