(7 August, 2015) Italglobal Partners coordinated the acquisition of 23% of Bernardinello Engineering SpA shares on behalf of a group of investors. Bernardinello is a leading company in the field of equipment for water treatment, with Afra srl keeping 77% of the Company's shares. The operation is aimed at enhancing the technological excellence of the Company and pursuing an ambitious international growth plan. The latter will be executed by strengthening the company's presence in developing markets in particular China, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa. Bernardinello Engineering S.p.A. is headquartered in Cadoneghe, in the province of Padova and is a leader in the design, construction and operation of plants for the water treatment industry. The company in 2014 had a turnover of about €20 million, by leveraging core competencies of research and development, design capacity for customized solutions, operational efficiency and customer focus. The company counts among its clients major multinational companies in the food, petrochemical, steel and energy industries.
