(20 aprile 2018) The Italian Institute of Culture of Madrid collaborates with Concéntrico 04 - Festival Internacional de Arquitectura y Diseño de Logroño, which will be held in Madrid from April 27th to May 1st. Italian architect Davide Marchetti will take part in the Otravisión project (April 27th - May 1st, Plaza de la Muralla del Revellín), along with Italian architects Pierluigi Bardi, Stefano Madelli, and Claudia Saglimbeni - co-curators of the collective exhibition "Migrant Gardens. Untouchable Landscapes" (Capilla de La Bene of Logroño, April 26th to May 20th, 2018). Concéntrico proposes a reflection on urban space and on the city, inviting us to travel through it via installations, exhibitions, encounters, activities, and performances that create a connection between the different venues, squares, streets, courtyards, and hidden spaces that generally go unnoticed. (9Colonne)"Vergine giurata" (Sworn Virgin), a film by Laura Bispuri starring Alba Rohrwacher came out in Italian cinemas two years ago and will be presented in Berlin for a conversation with Elvira Dones author of the novel that inspired the film. This event will take place on Tuesday, April 24th at 19:00 at the New Klick Kino as communicated by the Italian Institute of Culture of Berlin. It is known by the Italian Cultural Institute of Berlin. The protagonist of the film, Hana Doda, follows her uncle's guidance and abides to the archaic law of Kanun in order to escape the fate of being a wife and servant that is imposed on women in the harsh mountains of Albania.
