Italian comics live a moment of great creativity, under the umbrella of the increasingly consolidated phenomenon of the "graphic novel". Vittorio Giardino, Franco Matticchio, and Tuono Pettinato represent three different but complementary aspects of the Italian graphic novel able to play an absolute leading role on the international arena. They will be the protagonists of the exhibition which can be visited from February 27th to March 26th at the Goethe-Loft in Lyon entitled "Giardino, Matticchio, Tuono Pettinato: three faces of contemporary Italian comics". The exhibition was organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Lyon in collaboration with Lucca Comics and Games.
