From Monday to Friday, BigItalyFocus provides an information overview, ranged from development aid to made in Italy
Aarhus – Italy is the leading wine supplier to Denmark, both in terms of volume and economic value. Some Italian regions stand out in this sector more than others—Piedmont, for instance, has been among the top three most imported regions for years. For this reason, Danitacom, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, is collaborating with the Consorzio Vini del Piemonte to organize the fourth edition of Barolo & Friends.
The event will take place on May 12 in Aarhus at Smedien, featuring 15 wine producers from the Consorzio Vini del Piemonte, who will showcase their finest Piedmontese wines. The Barolo & Friends Aarhus program includes two sessions: one dedicated to industry professionals from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, featuring a masterclass and a walk-around tasting. The second session, open to wine lovers, will take place from 4 PM to 6 PM.
On May 14, at the Royal Opera House in Copenhagen—the national theater of Denmark—Barolo & Friends will once again present its wines to both industry professionals and wine enthusiasts in the capital. The event will feature two in-depth masterclasses and a walk-around tasting for Danish professionals, followed by an afternoon session for wine lovers.
