Yesterday, the jury of the "Farnese d'Or" met at Palazzo Farnese, the Embassy of France in Italy, to select the winners for the prestigious award. The "Farnese d'Or" is a recognition given by CCI France Italie – the French-Italian Chamber of Commerce – to individuals, organizations, and companies that have significantly contributed to strengthening the bond between Italy and France. The award, designed by the famous designer Marc Sadler, will be presented on June 5 at Palazzo Farnese in Rome, in at least five categories: institutions, corporate social responsibility, innovation, arts and culture, and "Le Grand Prix du Jury," the highest recognition given to an outstanding personality who embodies the core values of the award. The jury responsible for selecting the winners for the 2025 edition consists of four highly prominent figures in the fields of institutions and economics, with international expertise and a strong critical and valuable mindset. The jury is chaired by Dario Scannapieco, CEO and General Manager of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, and includes Pascal Cagni, appointed French Ambassador for International Investments and President of the Business France Board of Directors by President Emmanuel Macron; Laura Di Pillo, journalist at Il Sole 24 Ore, head of the economy, business, and territories sections; and Frédéric Kaplan, Minister-Counselor for Economic Affairs of Italy and Malta at the French Embassy in Rome.
