Washington, D.C. – The E-novation Foundation, inspired by Catholic values, promotes a “Culture of Life” through events held between Italy and the United States, focusing on key themes such as freedom and environmental, economic, and social sustainability. Among its flagship initiatives are the Italian Excellence Award, now in its 12th edition and set to take place in Washington, D.C. on October 17, and the General Assembly on Sustainability hosted in the Vatican on March 26. Led by journalist Massimo Lucidi, the Foundation serves as a dynamic hub of professionals and young talents who drive forward projects like Bellessere & Fairplay, Innovation Day, and the General Assembly on Safety. A defining strength of the Foundation is its close collaboration with Italian American personalities who act as bridges between the two countries. Among them are Amy Riolo, an expert in Mediterranean cuisine and recipient of the Order of the Star of Italy, and Azzurra Rinaldi, a dedicated Eni professional and volunteer, whose personal journey — including her son’s disability — has become a powerful message of hope. The Foundation also celebrates “Italian Lovers,” non-Italians who share a deep affection for Italy. One such figure is Marcel Kaminstein, CEO of AiBioTek, who grew up between Rome and Washington and now represents the enduring strength of U.S.-Italy ties — stronger than any divisive political winds.
