Dedagroup launches Deda Sphere to boost U.S. expansion

Washington – Dedagroup, a leading Italian technology group that supports digital transformation for over 4,000 clients worldwide, is expanding its ecosystem across the Atlantic with the creation of Deda Sphere Inc., a new company focused on the U.S. Credit Union market.
Deda Sphere combines the expertise and know-how of Share One and VisiFI, both specialized in integrated financial solutions—from core systems and lending platforms to digital banking technologies—designed to deliver seamless digital experiences for end users.
The new entity already serves 150 clients, managing a total of 20 billion dollars in assets. This move is part of a broader corporate reorganization plan, which aims to highlight Dedagroup’s diverse areas of specialization through independent companies, each focused on specific business segments.
With this step, the Group strengthens its international position and its presence in the strategic U.S. market, expanding its operational reach not only in Financial Services, but also in Fashion & Luxury, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
Deda brings decades of experience gained across Europe—in France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK—as well as in the UAE and the broader Middle East, where it has already delivered digital transformation projects in over 50 countries.
The new company will be led by Marcello De Angelis, who since 2024 has overseen Share One’s growth and now takes on the role of President and CEO of Deda Sphere, ensuring both strategic continuity and visionary leadership.
This new venture follows Dedagroup’s broader expansion in the U.S., which began with its New York hub centered around Deda Stealth, later reinforced by the acquisition of Competitoor and the technological excellence of Deda AI.
