Jerusalem – On Thursday, October 23, at Linate Airport, the University of Turin welcomed two of the three students from the Palestinian Territories who were awarded scholarships under the IUPALS – Italian Universities for Palestinian Students program.
The initiative, coordinated by the CRUI (Conference of Italian University Rectors) in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Universities and Research, and the Consulate General of Italy in Jerusalem, supports the right to education and strengthens academic cooperation between Italy and Palestine.
For the 2025/2026 academic year, the program involves more than 35 Italian universities, offering around 100 full scholarships to Palestinian students wishing to complete their degree programs in Italy.
