Viña del Mar – On Sunday, November 2, five Italian athletes will take the field for the Triathlon World Cup stage in Viña del Mar, Chile, originally scheduled for April. Competing for Italy will be Beatrice Mallozzi (Fiamme Azzurre), Nicola Azzano (Carabinieri), Samuele Angelini (Fiamme Oro), Verena Steinhauser (Fiamme Oro), and Costanza Arpinelli (Fiamme Azzurre).
The races, which will take place over the sprint distance — featuring one lap of swimming, four laps of cycling, and two laps of running — are set to start at 10:00 a.m. (women’s race) and 12:00 p.m. (men’s race), local time.
