Bratislava – A film series dedicated to Luchino Visconti is underway in Bratislava. The Italian Cultural Institute is celebrating the great master of cinema on the 50th anniversary of his death. The next screening is scheduled for March 31 at 6:00 pm at the Kino Lumière, featuring Ludwig, the final chapter of the “German trilogy,” following The Damned (1968) and Death in Venice (1970). The program will continue on April 7 with Sandra (Vaghe stelle dell’Orsa…), April 21 with The Stranger, May 5 with Death in Venice, May 12 with Senso, and May 19 with The Damned. (9colonne)
