New York – Verona-based winery Pasqua Vini, one of the leading ambassadors of the Valpolicella wine region abroad, is taking part in a series of high-profile international events spanning New York, Paris, Milan, Verona and London. “We are bringing our wines and our vision to strategic markets and audiences that matter to us, from celebrations of Italian culture to contemporary gastronomy and international artistic platforms,” said CEO Riccardo Pasqua. “Every event is an opportunity to share what we believe in: wine is a language that transcends cultures, disciplines and generations.” On June 3 and 4, the winery served as an official sponsor of Italy’s Republic Day celebrations in both New York and Paris. It will return to New York on June 10 for the International Volcanic Wines Conference (IVWC), now in its fifth edition and increasingly recognized as a leading forum dedicated to wines of volcanic origin and strong territorial identity. The conference brings together sommeliers, buyers, educators, journalists and wine critics interested in wines that express complexity, character and a deep connection to their place of origin. Pasqua will showcase Hey French You Could Have Made This, but You Didn’t – Edition 5 and Sangue d’Oro Passito di Pantelleria DOC. The winery’s international tour will continue in London on June 16 with a special lunch at Azzurra Restaurant. Chef David Yeo will present a menu inspired by Italy’s coastal cuisine and reinterpreted for British tastes. A select group of leading wine journalists will also attend a private presentation dedicated to Pasqua’s Icons collection. Featured wines will include Sangue d’Oro Passito di Pantelleria DOC, Y by 11 Minutes, Hey French You Could Have Made This but You Didn’t – Edition 5, Cecilia Beretta Mizzole and Pasqua + Charles Smith Pinot Noir Edition 1.
