Buenos Aires – The Italian Cultural Institute in Buenos Aires is joining the Fare Cinema initiative with "Auteur Perspectives: A Contemporary Cinema Series," a program of screenings taking place over three Mondays this month in the Benedetto Croce Hall. The next screening is scheduled for Monday, July 13, at 6:30 p.m., featuring My Joy (Gioia mia) by Margherita Spampinato. The film will be shown in its original Italian version with Spanish subtitles. The story follows Nico, a lively young boy growing up in today's hyper-connected world, who is sent to spend the summer in Sicily with his elderly aunt Gela, a deeply religious and traditional woman.
