Beijing – Pirelli has received the “2026 Top Graduate Employer Brands” award in China, presented by 51job, one of the country’s leading human resources service providers, in recognition of the company’s outstanding achievements in attracting and selecting university talent, developing skills and strengthening its employer brand. Established by 51job in 2018, the Top Graduate Employer Brands award is based on a rigorous dual evaluation system that combines the perspectives of companies and young professionals, ensuring a high level of credibility. The 2026 edition, titled “Without Boundaries”, assessed participating companies according to several criteria, including their ability to attract talent on university campuses, graduate training programmes, corporate cultures focused on developing young professionals, university–industry cooperation and the competitiveness of salary and benefits packages. Through close partnerships with universities, Pirelli has developed a year-round talent acquisition strategy. The company has implemented a permanent university recruitment programme, organising selection campaigns in both spring and autumn, particularly targeting students in fields such as science and engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, economics and design. The recruitment process includes structured interviews, assessment centres and challenges based on real-life business case studies. For students graduating in 2027, Pirelli offers career opportunities across multiple areas of the company, including motorsport, research and development, quality, data analytics, production management, lean manufacturing, supply chain, electrical engineering and health, safety and environment (HSE). For graduates and newly hired young professionals, Pirelli also provides, among other initiatives, a two-year onboarding programme designed to develop effective working methods, professional skills and long-term career growth opportunities.
