Ljubljana – The Italian Cultural Institute in Ljubljana, in collaboration with the Imago Sloveniae Festival, will present a concert by the Dallagnese Piano Duo on 29 July at 8.30 pm. The programme features works by Ottorino Respighi (Pines of Rome, Fountains of Rome and Six Little Pieces) and Alfredo Casella (Pages of War, Op. 25, and Puppets, Op. 27). The Dallagnese sisters are regarded as one of the leading piano duos of their generation. They perform regularly at prestigious international venues, including Carnegie Hall in New York, Teatro La Fenice in Venice, the Wiener Saal in Salzburg, the Musikverein in Graz, the Museo Teatro alla Scala in Milan, as well as at numerous festivals and concert series across Europe.
