Rome - The online travel agency eDreams every year draws up the ranking of the best airlines in the world, using the reviews of over 90.000 users who traveled by air in 2014. These users answered a questionnaire on various aspects of the flight: aircraft cleaning and modernity, comfort and space between the seats, entertainment and onboard services, baggage handling, travel with children and VIP lounges. Appreciation could be expressed on a scale from 1 to 5. The best Italian companies were Meridiana (score 3.88, which ranked 16th in the standings), followed by Alitalia (score 3.84, position 17).
