(16 March 2017) A series of seminars on docent's and student's experiences in international cooperation opened on March 8 and will run through March 10 at the University of Parma with a conference titled "Cooperation at the University of Parma: activities, opportunities and prospects for students". The seminars will illustrate the activities of Parma University’s ‘Centro Universitario per la Cooperazione Internazionale’ (CUCI) (University Centre for International Cooperation) directed by Professor Leopoldo Sarli and it will also introduce the students and docents that collaborate with CUCI, their objectives and past, present, and future activities. There will also be a moment to reflect on international cooperation through testimonials. The seminars, organised by students collaborating with CUCI, will take place at the Erasmus and International Home of the University of Parma in Piazzale San Francesco 3 at 18:00. Opportunities for Parma students in the field of internationalisation, such as research periods or internships abroad or opportunities to collaborate in CUCI’s activities in international cooperation; will also be presented. The next seminar “Growing past national borders: Experiences in the health sector for University of Parma students” which highlight students that have undertaken internships or research abroad in the field of international cooperation.
