The exhibition "Wedding Dresses of the East and the West" will be on display until November 4th. It was inaugurated in mid-May at the Bsous Silk Museum, a few kilometers from Beirut. The formal dresses are part of the collections of the Sartirana Arte and Ken Scott Foundations. The exhibition was organised in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Culture of Beirut. In past years the collections of the Sartirana Foundation have traveled to many countries, traveling to all continents. They are a sort of "museum in a suitcase", hosted by the Italian Embassies and by the Italian Institutes of Culture.
