The Italian track and field national team is ready to prepare the new year. From December 29 to January 17, the Italian high jump recordmaker Gianmarco Tamberi (Fiamme Gialle) and the indoor world bronze Alessia Trost (Fiamme Gialle) will be training in Potchefstroom, South Africa. From January 3 to 19, appointment in Tenerife (Spain) for a group of jumpers that includes Fabrizio Donato (Fiamme Gialle), Kevin Ojiaku (Fiamme Gialle), Gabriele Chilà (Studentesca Rieti Milardi), Andrea Dallavalle (Fiamme Gialle), Simone Forte (Fiamme Gialle), Filippo Randazzo (Fiamme Gialle), Stefano Sottile (Fiamme Azzurre), Ottavia Cestonaro (Carabinieri), Laura Strati (Atl. Vicentina) and sprinters Daniele Corsa (Fiamme Oro), Fausto Desalu (Fiamme Gialle), Matteo Galvan (Fiamme Gialle), Davide Re (Fiamme Gialle), Maria Benedicta Chigbolu (Esercito), Raphaela Lukudo (Esercito), Andrew Howe (Aeronautica), Maria Enrica Spacca (Carabinieri) and the obstacle athlete Ayomide Folorunso (Fiamme Oro); from January 4 to 22 Marcell Jacobs (Fiamme Oro). In the same location, from January 10 to 9 March, obstacle specialists José Bencosme (Fiamme Gialle) and Yadisleidy Pedroso (Aeronautica) will do their training.
