(12 february 2019) Italy in the spotlight: from February 14 to April 23 the Lumière Institute of Lyon will host a retrospective on Vittorio De Sica. Winner of four Academy Awards for Best Foreign Film and a Palme d'Or, De Sica has created a filmography that gives a complete picture of Italian cinema over the course of four decades (1940 to 1970). The exhibition opens February 14 at 19:00 with the film "Miracolo a Milano", 1951.
