(9 April 2019) From Saturday April 27th to Saturday May 4th, the Yurakucho Asahi Hall in Tokyo will host the Italian Film Festival, now in its 19th edition. The festival presents an important selection of recent films, made by directors among the most famous and young newcomers.  Important works already known to the Japanese public are also performed again. The event was organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Tokyo, Asahi Shimbun, Istituto Luce Cinecittà, with the sponsorship of the Embassy of Italy.
