From Monday to Friday, BigItalyFocus provides an information overview, ranged from development aid to made in Italy
The second edition of the "Study in Italy 2025" Fair will take place on May 6 at the Argentine Ministry of Education headquarters, Palacio Pizzurno. During the event, 19 Italian universities will present their educational programs to Argentine students and have the opportunity to hold bilateral meetings with major local universities. The event is organized by the Embassy of Italy in Buenos Aires, together with the Italy-Argentina University Consortium (CUIA), which is officially participating for the first time.
"Out of the 31 universities that are members of CUIA, 19 will take part in the fair, 13 of which are participating thanks to funding from the European project 'Transnational Education' for the promotion of the Italian university system and mobility," María Inés Tirelli, CUIA Coordinator in Argentina, explained to 9Colonne. "The main goal is to promote the scholarships and master's programs that each university can offer to Argentine students."
The event will be structured into three parts: in the morning, participating universities will meet with students from Italian schools in Argentina. This will be followed by academic meetings with local universities, aimed at establishing contacts for future collaboration. In the afternoon, the Fair will open to the general public, who will be able to attend free of charge by registering online.
The event is part of the 15th CUIA Days in Argentina, which, until May 16, bring together representatives from academic institutions of both countries for conferences, workshops, and meetings aimed at strengthening university relations between Italy and Argentina.
