Sydney – The Italian Trade Agency (ICE) is organizing a collective exhibition of around 25 Italian companies at Fine Food Australia, taking place in Sydney from September 8 to 11. This major event is the leading international food industry trade show in the country, alternating yearly between Sydney and Melbourne, and is strictly reserved for industry professionals. Targeting the hospitality, retail, and food service sectors, Fine Food Australia is the top B2B fair in Oceania, offering a key platform for Italian brands seeking to enter or expand their presence in the Australasian market. Italy remains the top European exporter of food products to Australia, and ranks fifth globally. In 2023 alone, Italian agri-food exports to Australia reached €732.5 million, accounting for 5.12% of the market share.
