Amsterdam – On June 28, the Italian Cultural Institute in Amsterdam will host an event titled Sardinia: Nature, Culture, and Talent, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The conference is organized by the Sardinian association Amici Mediterranei (Arnhem) and Aitef Sardegna, with support from the Sardinian Regional Government’s Department of Labor.
Open to the public, the event is aimed at both the Sardinian diaspora in the Netherlands and anyone with an interest in Italian culture. The program includes a panel on intergenerational ties and cultural identity within the Sardinian diaspora, the presentation of awards to five Sardinian professionals for their outstanding contributions, a tasting of regional delicacies, and a live performance of traditional Sardinian music by Federica Olla (vocals) and Myriam Costeri (accordion).
