Cairo – The Italian Cultural Institute in Cairo will open on 18 December the exhibition “Journeys of Belonging: Art in Transit”, featuring works by Sudanese artists living in Egypt. The artists were selected through an open call and chosen by a jury that included Italian artist Stefania Angarano, ensuring a broad representation of perspectives and experiences.
The exhibition explores themes of migration, identity, and the search for belonging through contemporary visual art, offering audiences a close look at the creative voices emerging from Sudan’s diaspora. (9colonne)
