Tokyo – “Luca’s Culinary Journey” was the theme of the event organized at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan on December 3, as part of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. Renowned chef Luca Ciano guided participants through a culinary exploration of Italian traditions, highlighting seasonal ingredients, high-quality products, family recipes, and tastings. The Italian chef also prepared the gala dinner hosted by the Chamber at the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo on December 5.
