Prague – Until February 21, the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague, in collaboration with the Merz Foundation, pays tribute to Mario and Marisa Merz, key figures of Arte Povera and contemporary Italian art, on the occasion of the centenary of their births.
Curated by Beatrice Merz, the exhibition offers a carefully selected collection of works and installations highlighting the artistic and personal dialogue between the two artists. The show provides an in-depth exploration of their aesthetic and conceptual research, illustrating why their legacy continues to inspire generations of artists, curators, and art lovers. The exhibition is free to the public, open Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m., with access via the Baroque Chapel.
