London – International law firm Gianni & Origoni has announced the relocation of its London office to the 30th floor of the prestigious skyscraper The Gherkin, located at 30 St Mary Axe. The new offices, which will be operational from 1 January 2026, offer modern and sustainable spaces designed to support the growth of the London practice and strengthen relationships with international clients and partners.
“This move represents a milestone in our growth strategy,” said Emanuele Bosia, Foreign Partner at the London office and M&A expert. “Being based in such an iconic location in the heart of the City will enhance our synergies with the global market and improve the experience of clients, colleagues, and visitors alike.”
Gianni & Origoni has been present in London since 1997, when the office was opened as part of the firm’s international expansion following its founding in 1988. At that time, the firm decided to establish offices in major European financial centers, including London.
Today, the London office employs 19 people, including 15 professionals and partners Emanuele Bosia, Marco Zaccagnini, Mattia Casarosa, and Norman Pepe. Pepe recently joined the firm together with his team, significantly strengthening the Banking & Finance practice in London, particularly in the area of structured finance.
“Our presence in London allows us to assist clients in global operations and international transactions, with a strong focus on corporate law, M&A, banking & finance, and many other practice areas consistent with the firm’s full-service approach,” commented Marco Zaccagnini, Foreign Partner and Capital Markets expert, who has been based in London for over 20 years. “The move to the new offices further demonstrates our commitment to supporting the international activities of Italian and foreign clients operating or investing in the UK and global markets.”
