Rome – On February 19, the Central Hall of the Dante Alighieri Society at Palazzo Firenze will host the press conference unveiling the honorees of the eighth edition of the Business Care International Award, the recognition that since 2019 has celebrated individuals, institutions, and organizations committed to building a better world through ethics, innovation, culture, and corporate social responsibility. Nine honorees will be recognized this year: seven “Global Players,” two “Rising Stars,” and one special mention, selected by the Jury chaired by Fabrizio Ferragni. The 2026 edition stands out for a significant new feature: the introduction of the section “Icons of Made in Italy that Illuminate the World,” dedicated to Italian excellence contributing to the country’s international reputation, with particular attention to combating “Italian Sounding” and promoting authentic Italian production. Alessandro Masi, Secretary General of the Dante Alighieri Society and member of the Award Jury, will also attend the press conference: “The Dante Alighieri Society strongly supports the Business Care International Award, an initiative that brings together culture and enterprise within an international vision grounded in responsibility and quality. Dialogue between Italy and the United States,” Masi stated, “is also a key focus for Dante and is not only a strategic economic axis, but also a privileged space for cultural and value-based exchange. This is demonstrated by several high-profile strategic agreements that Dante has recently signed for the teaching of our language to people of Italian descent and enthusiasts of Italian culture.” The official award ceremonies will take place on March 28 in the Sala della Regina of the Chamber of Deputies in Rome and on November 12 in New York at the Consulate General of Italy.
