Pristina – At Camp Villaggio Italia, the Italian contingent of the Regional Command–West (RC-W) of the NATO-led KFOR mission conducted the first Public Affairs course for Kosovo Police personnel, with the aim of developing skills in public information and institutional communication. The activity, organized by the RC-W Public Affairs Office, provided participants with tools for managing media relations, producing informational content, and using digital channels. The program included modules on communication ethics, drafting press releases and multimedia products, as well as elements of photography, videography, and social media communication. The initiative is part of KFOR’s cooperation and capacity-building efforts in support of local institutions, with the goal of strengthening the Kosovo Police’s institutional communication and fostering more transparent interaction with the public.
